Invalid or Non-Working Links: Orders with incorrect or broken links will be automatically canceled and refunded to your Synnpanel account. However, repeated misuse by placing multiple incorrect orders may void this benefit.
Partial Refunds: If an order shows as "Partial" (e.g. 500 delivered out of 1000), a refund equivalent to the undelivered portion will be credited (in this case, 50%).
Cancelled Orders: A "Cancelled" status indicates that the full amount has been refunded to your Synnpanel balance.
Running Order Refunds: Refunds may be possible for some slower services. Fast-executing services are not eligible once started.
Duplicate Orders on Other Panels: Ordering simultaneously from Synnpanel and another service for the same link is strictly discouraged. No refunds will be issued if results are attributed to external panels.
No Refill Guarantee Services: For services explicitly marked as no refill, Synnpanel does not provide compensation, replacement, or refunds for drops or decreases in performance after delivery. Customers are advised to review service notes and guarantees before placing an order.
Platform-Related Failures: In rare cases, platform bans or algorithmic changes (e.g. social media platforms disabling bots or delivery methods) may cause service degradation or loss over time. If such a platform disruption affects a non-refill-guaranteed service, refunds are not applicable due to the uncontrollable nature of third-party platform decisions.
Service Deprecation: Should a delivery mechanism be banned, suspended, or deprecated by a third-party platform after order placement, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled if the original delivery was completed as per listing. Future drops or bans will not qualify for refund unless stated otherwise in the specific service description.
Non-Reversible Transactions: As our services are digital and non-tangible, refunds cannot be issued to original payment gateways.
Refunds to Synnpanel Account Only: All refunds are credited to your Synnpanel account balance for future use.
Completed Orders: Refund requests are denied once an order is completed and service fully delivered.
Irrevocable Orders: Once an order is dispatched, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.
If you require a refund to your bank account or original payment method, you must:
Accept a 50% processing fee (covers income tax, server, and maintenance costs).
Submit a written declaration with your signature, KYC details, and a selfie video stating:
Following verification, refunds will be issued to the same payment method used.
Any suspicious or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of the process.
No Chargebacks or Disputes: Customers agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks after placing an order.
Fraudulent Activity: Use of unauthorized credit cards or fraudulent conduct will result in account termination.
Refund Ineligibility: Refunds and cancellations are only applicable to non-delivered orders; all others are final.
Order Restrictions: Orders tied to private or restricted accounts, or categorized as misplaced, are not eligible for refund.
Multiple Server Conflict: Using multiple servers for one link may cause data inaccuracies; refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Delivery Times: Most services begin instantly. Some may take up to 24–48 hours based on service type.
